Our Return and Exchange Policies: Our goal is safe online shopping.

First: Return and Exchange Policy for New Products
1. If a product is returned for personal reasons, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of purchase or 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unopened, and sealed. Most products come in a plastic outer packaging. We guarantee that you will receive the product intact. Therefore, we cannot return the product after it has been opened, as we do not accept any customer to purchase it. The customer bears the shipping costs.
2. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, if it is an original product from an Egyptian agent and has a warranty, the warranty is with the agent. We are committed to providing the user with all agent information, including address and contact numbers, such as for AirPods and watches.
3- In the event of a manufacturing defect in a general product without an agent, the company is committed to replacing or returning it within 14 days, even if the box has been opened, provided that the product packaging remains intact. Technology Home bears all shipping costs.
Second: Return and Exchange Policy for Used Products
1- Technology Home is committed to providing all information about the product and explaining any defects, if any. We do not accept the sale of any used product in a condition other than new.
2- In the event of a return for personal reasons, the customer has the right to return used products within 14 days without giving any reasons, provided they are intact and in the same condition as they were received from the shipping company. They must be properly secured and packaged before being delivered to the shipping company, as they were upon shipment. The customer bears all shipping costs and any other expenses related to preparing the product, if any.
3- In the event of a return for reasons related to product defects, the customer has the right to return used products within fourteen days if they contain any manufacturing defects. Technology Home Company bears all expenses, and the customer receives the full amount paid within a period not exceeding twenty days at most.
